Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicability
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered by The Nova Publishers through our website (https://thenovap.com) or as otherwise stated in a written agreement between you and our team.

Cancellation by the Customer

You may request to cancel your order or service within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to any non-refundable charges outlined in your service agreement. To initiate a cancellation, please submit a written request via email or our website’s contact form. Once your cancellation request is reviewed and accepted, all ongoing work will be stopped, and any refundable amount will be processed according to the terms below.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation. If partial work has already been completed, The Nova Publishers reserves the right to deduct reasonable fees for services rendered up to the date of cancellation. Please note that no refunds will be issued for services or projects that have been fully delivered, approved, or accepted by the customer.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Fees paid for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, or software licenses are non-refundable.

Customized work initiated at your request may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once the final product or service has been approved, no further refunds will be processed.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter in good faith. If no mutual resolution is reached, the issue may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction.
